4.3 Rajyoga – Peaceful Meditation
Rajyoga meditation is a method to experience peace by connecting the self to the Supreme Light. It transcends the mind beyond the body. Rajyoga meditation is a technique to train mind to think freely and positively. It includes three major steps:
1. Contemplation
2. Concentration
3. Realisation Contemplation is the process of creating thought about the attributes of
inner self and Supreme.
Once the thoughts get right direction then we experience concentration of mind and intellect. Then comes realisation or experience of powerful and peaceful state of mind.
